New Opportunity
Facebook pays $1,000 to $3,000 a month, guaranteed
Facebook launched Creator Fast Track, a program that pays creators guaranteed money for three months just to post on Facebook, no viral hit required. Meta paid nearly 3 billion dollars to creators in 2025, and this program is its push to pull talent away from TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
What you actually get: Creators with at least 100,000 followers on Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube earn 1,000 dollars a month, while those with over a million followers on any one platform earn 3,000 dollars a month, for three months straight, regardless of how the content performs on Facebook itself. You must post at least 15 eligible Reels across a minimum of 10 separate days each month, and you can repurpose content you already made for other platforms rather than creating anything new.
Why this matters: This is not performance based, you get paid whether or not your Facebook content actually takes off, and you never have to stop posting on your existing platforms to qualify. After the three months end, the guaranteed pay stops, but you keep a permanent reach boost and full access to Facebook's regular Content Monetization program.
What it means for you: If you already have a following on another platform, this is close to risk free money, since the financial downside is essentially zero. Apply directly through facebook.com/creator_programs/signup, currently available in the US and Canada, and keep a record of your approval screen in case eligibility criteria tighten later.

Deadline Alert
YouTube split its Partner Program into two tiers
YouTube has restructured its Partner Program entry into two separate levels, giving smaller channels earlier access to some tools while keeping ad revenue behind a higher bar.
What actually changed: Smaller channels can now access features like Super Thanks, Channel Memberships, and YouTube Shopping much earlier than before. Actual ad revenue, though, still requires clearing the classic 1,000 subscriber threshold. YouTube's inauthentic content policy, already live since July 16, has also made generic, template based, and AI persona videos on sensitive topics ineligible for ads.
Why this matters: You must accept the updated terms in YouTube Studio by January 31, 2027, or you lose earnings starting February 1. This is a real, firm deadline, not a suggestion, and it applies even if you are already an active, monetized creator.
What it means for you: Go into YouTube Studio now, before you forget, and confirm you have accepted the updated terms. If you are a newer channel, use this window to build genuine, non-template content, since the platform is now actively penalizing the kind of generic AI-persona videos that used to slip through unnoticed.

Pinterest hands out cash grants up to $25,000
Pinterest's Inclusion Fund, now in its sixth year, gives real cash grants, coaching, and growth opportunities to creators who are already active elsewhere and ready to establish a presence on Pinterest.
What the fund offers: Accepted creators can unlock cash grants, often up to 25,000 dollars, plus ad credits, one on one coaching from Pinterest's own team, and access to a private creator community with early trend insights. The program runs across the US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, the UK, Germany, France, India, Australia, and New Zealand, so it is genuinely global.
Why this matters: Applications for this year's cohort closed on August 4, but Pinterest runs this program annually and has expanded it every year for six years running. It prioritizes creators using inclusive features like skin tone ranges and hair pattern search, and specifically targets underrepresented creators in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and food niches.
What it means for you: If you missed this year's window, set a reminder to check create.pinterest.com in spring 2027 when the next cohort typically opens. In the meantime, building a genuine Pinterest presence now with the inclusive features the fund rewards puts you in a much stronger position when applications reopen.

Reality Check
Pinterest pays creators in a way no other app does
Pinterest does not pay creators per view in 2026, and its old Creator Rewards program was discontinued back in 2023. If you are used to how YouTube, TikTok, or Facebook pay creators, Pinterest's entire model works completely differently.
How the money actually works: Creators earn through affiliate links, brand partnerships paying 100 to 5,000 dollars per Pin, and driving traffic to a monetized blog. Pinterest is a search and discovery platform, not a video ad platform, so its revenue model is built entirely around shopping intent rather than watch time. Top creators in focused niches like recipes, home decor, and personal finance earn 5,000 to 50,000 dollars a month, but almost entirely through sales commissions, not raw view counts.
Why this matters: Pinterest traffic converts at a genuinely different rate than other platforms. A thousand Pinterest visitors might produce 50 affiliate sales, while the same thousand visitors from Instagram or TikTok might produce only 2 to 5. Users on Pinterest are actively searching with buying intent, which makes the traffic itself worth more even at a smaller scale.
What it means for you: If you already create content in a shopping adjacent niche, treat Pinterest as a direct sales channel, not a place to chase views. Switch to a free Business Account to unlock the Paid Partnership tool and Verified Merchant status, and use the Pinterest Trends Tool to plan content two to three months ahead, since that is how far in advance most Pinterest users actually plan.
